Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
When I arrived at the hotel, the room was cooled to a chilly 60°F, which was a bit surprising. The basic room lacked silverware, dishes, or cups, and unfortunately, it was out of service during my stay. On the bright side, the service was nice and easy to deal with, especially when they sent back an item to me after I provided a shipping label. The location was good, with a Sprouts market and dining options just across the street. However, the dining options were limited to just instant oatmeal, coffee, and muffins, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel had a good location with dining options nearby and close to shopping. The rooms were spacious but needed better cleaning practices. The service was polite with some minor hiccups. The dining experience was average. Despite wear and tear, the location was still convenient for travelers.
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove top, and microwave making it truly convenient for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and polite, although there were minor inconveniences like having to fetch extra amenities ourselves. The location was just what I needed, tucked away in a quiet area but still close to all the essential shops and restaurants. The dining options were a bit lackluster, but the succulent steaks made up for it. Overall, a great value for the money.
